Aspire Architectural Services have been a part of the UK construction industry for over 30 years, and over that time have gained experience in projects big and small.

With experience as an apprentice stonemason, our founder Peter Dunn now works as a qualified and experienced building surveyor. Throughout the years, he has worked with construction companies and tradesmen in a variety of trade and construction management roles, including contracts management, CDM co-ordinator, contracts administrator and building surveyor.

In this time, he has built up a large volume of knowledge, which he now brings to our benefit at Aspire Architectural Services, helping clients from simple extensions to huge home builds.

We have wrangled with building regulations for our clients, eased through planning permission, and been on site in the wettest of weathers and the hottest of summers. We are Aspire Architectural Services.

We’re happy to provide drawings and manage the project of your next large family home, or to provide small alterations to existing extensions and properties. With so much experience, we really know that it’s the small things that matter.

Attention to detail

There is a whole lot more to architecture and planning than most clients realise. Drawings are only the tip of the iceberg, with every plan needing calculations, and expert knowledge of the building trade to know what is and isn’t achievable. A dot in the wrong place, or a blurred line can cause very costly mistakes in the building process, so don’t underestimate the need for experience here.

Peter has completed the architectural work for our listed building in the Pennines. The project sailed through planning.
